09bet Terms & Conditions — Rules for All Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 09bet platform, including all betting, casino gaming, payment, and account management services offered at https://09bet.bar ("the Platform", "09bet", "we", "us"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 09bet. By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

09bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 09bet will update the effective date noted in the platform documentation. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Player Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 09bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

1. 2.1 You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or accessing any betting or gaming product on the Platform.
2. 2.2 You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted under applicable law to access and use online gaming services of the type offered on the Platform.
3. 2.3 You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party. You are not a professional athlete, sports official, or otherwise subject to any prohibition on sports betting under any applicable rule or regulation.
4. 2.4 You have not previously been excluded from 09bet or had an account closed by 09bet for breach of these Terms or any related policy. Attempts to open a new account after exclusion or closure for breach will result in forfeiture of any funds in the new account.

3. Account Registration and KYC

Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 09bet Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

When registering your 09bet account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. 09bet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued access to the Platform. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restriction or closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You agree to notify 09bet immediately via customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 09bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

09bet processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 09bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply fees at their discretion. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their own payment service provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are credited to your 09bet account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may be set from time to time and will be displayed on the deposit screen at the time of the transaction. 09bet reserves the right to return a deposit and decline a transaction if it cannot be verified or if it does not comply with these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from the account panel. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. 09bet targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for standard requests during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal is flagged for security review. 09bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

09bet may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time they are offered. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

The general bonus conditions below apply to all 09bet bonus products unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in or making a deposit to claim a promotional offer.

6. Responsible Gaming

09bet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. Self-exclusion may be set for a temporary period or on a permanent basis. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied it cannot be reversed. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09bet platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

1. 7.1 Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. This includes the use of arbitrage software, matched-betting tools, or any mechanism designed to exploit promotional offers systematically.
2. 7.2 Opening or using more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or any other name, for any purpose including circumventing account restrictions, exploiting promotions, or avoiding a self-exclusion that is in effect.
3. 7.3 Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful source. 09bet reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze associated account funds pending investigation.
4. 7.4 Colluding with other players, manipulating match outcomes, or engaging in any form of cheating, including exploiting software errors or glitches. Any winnings resulting from a software error or glitch will be declared void and removed from the account balance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 09bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 09bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 09bet.

The 09bet name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of 09bet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, trade name, or brand feature of 09bet without the prior written permission of 09bet. Unauthorised use of any 09bet intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 09bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 09bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09bet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 09bet is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

09bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or these Terms at any time with or without prior notice. In the case of material amendments to these Terms, 09bet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between you and 09bet through customer support may be referred to binding arbitration. By using the Platform you agree to resolve disputes through the 09bet dispute resolution process before pursuing any other remedy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
